Co-hosting and Branding: We will co-host your property and help you establish a strong online presence. We will set you up on popular platforms like OwnerRez, Airbnb, VRBO, and GVR. Additionally, we can even build a website for your property if you don’t have one. With this arrangement, all monetary transactions will go through you. We simply charge 10%-15% fee on the rental rate, which is deducted around the first of the following month for all bookings made in the previous month. As part of our co-hosting services, we take care of all guest relations, coordinate with the cleaners (if applicable), manage back-end systems, and handle social media marketing on your behalf. 

But wait, there’s more! We also offer vacation/need a break co-hosting. If you are already established on platforms like OwnerRez or any other systems, we can step in and be your eyes and ears while you are away on vacation. Our weekly co-hosting rates start at $300, and the exact pricing depends on the number of properties you have.
